We're seeking a motivated and adaptable IT Project Manager to join a high-performing technology team and help deliver a diverso portfolio of IT initiatives.

This opportunity is ideally suited to someone with 5 to 10 years of project management experience who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys managing a variety of workstreams, and can confidently balance multiple priorities. You'll be responsible for coordinating several small to medium-sized projects concurrently, partnering with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to deliver successful outcomes. The ideal candidate remains calm under pressure, navigates changing priorities with ease, and can effectively manage competing demands without losing focus on quality, timelines, or stakeholder expectations.

About the Role

You'll take ownership of planning, coordinating, and delivering a portfolio of IT projects across the organisation. Success in this role will come from your ability to stay organised, think proactively, and adapt quickly to evolving business needs. You'll be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment,



and maintaining explicit communication across a broad range of stakeholders.

A composed, solutions-focused approach and the ability to juggle competing priorities without becoming flustered will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple concurrent IT projects and workstreams.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and status reports.
- Coordinate project activities across business and technology teams.
- Monitor risks, issues and project dependencies.
- Support project governance and reporting requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and project meetings.
- Assist with testing, implementation and project delivery activities.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

About You

- 5 - 7 years' experience in Project Management
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfortable managing several projects simultaneously.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
- Experience working within an IT or technology environment.
- Exposure to Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies is advantageous.
