Role Description This is a full-time, in office Project Manager role based in Adelaide, SA.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with SOANIX’s Project Delivery Management Framework (PDMF). Daily responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, tracking risks and issues, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and C-suite leaders. The role involves preparing project documentation and status reports, liaising with expediting and logistics functions to ensure critical items and services are delivered on schedule,



and collaborating with inspection teams to maintain quality and compliance standards.

The Project

Manager will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support governance and reporting requirements, and help embed best practices in project, data, and AI governance across client engagements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and using structured delivery frameworks.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to track, follow up, and coordinate the timely delivery of materials, services, and key project milestones.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to work with quality and technical teams, review inspection findings, and ensure project outputs meet required standards.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to align project schedules with supply chain activities and support efficient resource allocation.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in project management, engineering, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar) and strong skills in documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a regulated environment.
- Experience in consulting, digital transformation, data-driven projects, or AI/technology governance is an advantage.
