About the Role

Praemium is seeking an experienced Project Manager (12 month fixed term contract) to support the delivery of a significant superannuation strategy project that will play an important role in shaping the future of our superannuation offering.

This role is ideal for a delivery-focused Project Manager who combines strong stakeholder management and governance capability with experience working within the superannuation industry. You will work across multiple workstreams, coordinating key activities, managing dependencies and ensuring successful delivery against strategic objectives.

Partnering with senior leaders, subject matter experts and external stakeholders, you will play a central role in driving momentum, facilitating decision-making and maintaining visibility of project outcomes across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

- Supporting the delivery of a key superannuation strategy project.
- Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, milestones and delivery reporting.
- Coordinating multiple workstreams and managing interdependencies.
- Facilitating governance forums, workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Monitoring project risks, issues and actions and driving effective resolution.
- Preparing project reporting, status updates and governance documentation.
- Supporting business readiness and implementation activities.
- Working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver agreed project outcomes.

About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Demonstrated experience delivering strategic projects, transformation initiatives or complex programs within the superannuation sector.
- Strong project management capability with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
- Experience operating within regulated environments, with a sound understanding of governance,



risk and compliance requirements.
- Working knowledge of Superannuation legislative requirements would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, outcome-focused approach with the ability to work effectively in a energetic environment.

What We're Looking For

Experience

- 5-8 years experience leading or coordinating business transformation, change or regulatory initiatives.
- Proven experience managing strategic projects within the superannuation industry.
- Experience preparing governance papers, executive reporting and project updates for senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing stakeholders across business, operational and external partner groups.
- Experience working within financial services or other regulated environments.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management or a related discipline.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent) will be highly regarded.

Knowledge & Skills

- Strong understanding of the superannuation industry and broader financial services environment.
- Working knowledge of superannuation legislative requirements desirable.
- Strong project planning, governance and delivery management skills.
- Ability to identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies.




- Effective stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- Strong written communication and reporting capability.
- Ability to work collaboratively across a diverse stakeholder group.
