As part of our Customer Solutions team, we're looking for an ambitious project professional who has built strong foundations in project coordination and is now ready to step into a Project Manager role. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on project ownership while working alongside senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic business initiatives across a national organisation.
About The Role
Reporting to the GM Innovation & Solutions Development, you'll play a key role in coordinating and delivering Customer Solutions projects and workstreams. You'll be responsible for keeping projects on track, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and progressively leading lower-complexity initiatives while building your project management capability.
Key Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To
- Developing and maintaining project plans, milestones and delivery schedules
- Monitoring scope, budget, timelines, risks and project outcomes
- Coordinating project governance, reporting and decision-making forums
- Managing risks, issues, actions and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Supporting business cases, benefits tracking and project financials
- Facilitating stakeholder engagement across business functions
- Coordinating change, communication and adoption activities
- Managing smaller initiatives and work packages with increasing autonomy
- Maintaining project documentation and records in line with governance standards
About You This role is designed for someone who has already developed strong project coordination skills and is looking to step into a broader project management position. You may currently be working as a Project Coordinator, Project Officer, PMO Analyst or Project Administrator. To be successful, you'll bring:
- Approximately 3+ years' experience supporting projects, programs or cross-functional initiatives
- Experience maintaining project plans, risks, issues, budgets and reporting
- Exposure to governance frameworks and stakeholder management
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience working with project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid
- Confidence working with stakeholders across different business functions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills and experience with project collaboration tools
- Relevant project qualifications or certifications will be highly regarded but are not essential
