Are you organised, detail-focused and looking to take the next step in your administration career?
We’re looking for a Project Administrator to join our team at our Arden Street office in North Melbourne. This is a great opportunity for someone with administration experience who is interested in developing their skills across project coordination, procurement and financial administration.
This is a full-time hybrid position, offering a combination of office-based and remote working.
You don’t need extensive project experience, if you have strong administration skills, a keen eye for detail and an interest in developing your project coordination skills, we’d like to hear from you.
About the Role
Working alongside our project teams, you’ll provide day-to-day administrative support to help keep projects organised, on track and running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include
- Providing administrative support across multiple projects
- Coordinating schedules, milestones and project deliverables
- Maintaining accurate project records and documentation
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets and project updates
- Liaising with internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors
- Assisting with procurement, quotations, tenders and purchase orders
- Supporting project financial administration, including invoices and cost tracking
- Assisting with general project coordination and administration as required
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Highly attentive to detail
- Confident communicating with a range of people
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Interested in developing their project administration and coordination skills
- Reliable, proactive and willing to take ownership of their work
- Experienced in administration — project experience is desirable but not essential
A current full driver's licence and positive driving record is required.
A qualification or background in business, project management, administration or a related field would be advantageous. Recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
