What You'll Need to Succeed

- Freight forwarding experience is essential
- Robust air, sea and/or project freight forwarding experience
- CargoWise experience across the full forwarding process
- End-to-end operations experience from booking through to invoicing
- Import & export freight forwarding exposure
- Confident managing clients and building relationships
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident | Location In Perth WA
- Mining, resources, project cargo or out-of-gauge experience highly regarded

About the Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and be responsible for:

- Managing end-to-end freight movements across mining, resources and project cargo sectors
- Coordinating air, sea and road freight from standard cargo through to oversized and out-of-gauge shipments
- Working closely with major mining, industrial and resource clients
- Preparing quotations, job costing and invoicing
- Coordinating transport, cartage and specialised logistics requirements
- Building and maintaining relationships across a dedicated client portfolio
- Supporting complex project logistics movements and critical freight deliveries
