About the Role

As an experienced Property Manager, you’ll take ownership of your portfolio while working closely with a supportive and experienced team.

Your responsibilities will include

- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with landlords, tenants and suppliers.

- Proactively managing repairs and maintenance and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.

- Conducting ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections.

- Managing rental arrears professionally and proactively.

- Preparing and managing lease sign-ups and renewals.

- Keeping your portfolio compliant, well maintained and performing at a high standard.

- Using property management software confidently and efficiently.

- Providing exceptional communication and service to your clients.





- Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve the best outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager who:

- Has proven experience managing a residential property portfolio.

- Takes pride in delivering outstanding service.

- Is confident dealing with landlords, tenants, trades and other stakeholders.

- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.

- Can manage competing priorities without losing focus.

- Has a calm, professional and solutions-focused approach.

- Enjoys being part of a team and is willing to support those around them.

- Is motivated, reliable and takes ownership of their work.

- Holds a current driver's licence and has access to their own vehicle.

- Holds a Property Manager's Licence or relevant industry qualification (preferred).
