The Role
A fantastic prospect has arisen for a Staffing Administrator to join our People & Culture team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Working closely with the Staffing Manager and operational departments, you will play a key role in maintaining workforce systems, employee records, payroll information and compliance documentation that support the day-to-day operation of the venue.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented administrator who enjoys working with data, systems and processes. You'll take pride in delivering accurate outcomes and providing exceptional support to employees and managers.
What you'll do
As our Staffing Administrator, you will be the central point for workforce administration, ensuring employee records, workforce systems, payroll information and compliance documentation are accurate, up to date and managed efficiently.
You will support onboarding, workforce administration, payroll data processing and purchase order administration. Working closely with employees, managers, payroll teams and external providers, you will help ensure information is processed accurately and within required timeframes.
This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who takes pride in accuracy,
enjoys working with systems and data and can confidently identify and resolve discrepancies. Your contribution will support effective workforce planning, operational decision making and the ongoing success of the People & Culture team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing and maintaining time and attendance data with a high degree of accuracy.
- Preparing payroll related information, timesheet data and labour cost reports.
- Maintaining employee records, databases and workforce documentation.
- Assisting with onboarding administration, employment documentation and compliance checks.
- Updating and maintaining training, licensing and compliance registers.
- Supporting recruitment administration and candidate communications.
- Creating purchase orders and assisting with invoice administration.
- Responding to employee and manager enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensuring all workforce administration activities are completed accurately, compliantly and within required timeframes.
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who enjoys administration and understands the importance of accurate workforce data.
- At least 2 years' experience in administration, workforce administration, payroll administration or a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience managing large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management systems.
- A customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team environment.
