A well-established, family-run aged care provider with over 50 years' experience across metropolitan and regional NSW is seeking a Clinical Care Manager to join their team at an 85+ bed residential facility. Resident wellbeing sits at the heart of this organisation's approach, with a strong focus on person-centred care, comfort, and consideration for every resident, every time.
This role combines clinical leadership with hands-on practice, working closely with the Facility Manager to shape day-to-day clinical operations and drive meaningful outcomes for residents and staff alike.

The Opportunity / Main Duties

- Direct and optimise daily personal and clinical care programs to ensure outstanding resident outcomes in line with national standards
- Supervise, coach, and support Registered Nurses, care staff,



and allied health professionals to build a collaborative, high-performance culture
- Champion Aged Care Quality Standards, oversee AN-ACC and funding processes, and maintain ongoing accreditation readiness
- Analyse clinical data and incident trends to implement proactive safety, medication management, and risk mitigation strategies
- Act as a key liaison for residents and families, ensuring personalised care plans that respect individual rights and choices

What We're Looking For

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Valid National Police Check and full Australian working rights
- Previous experience as a Care Manager, or having acted in this capacity, within residential aged care
- Strong clinical leadership and people management capability
- Solid understanding of aged care compliance, governance, and quality frameworks
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a clinical team
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- A genuine passion for resident outcomes and quality care
