By merging advanced diagnostic tools with artificial intelligence, this team is actively reducing agricultural emissions, combating medication resistance, and keeping animals healthier across Australia and New Zealand.
We are looking for a meticulous, sharp-eyed QA Specialist who is passionate about precision, diagnostic accuracy, and driving real-world impact in sustainable agriculture.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Review and analyse diagnostic platform results to ensure unbeatable accuracy and consistency for ANZ customers.
- Conduct rigorous quality control tests to verify the performance and reliability of state-of-the-art diagnostic tools.
- Get hands-on with data annotation to help train and refine advanced machine learning models.
- Work side-by-side with R&D; to spot trends, troubleshoot anomalies, and continuously level up standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain precise QC records and undertake occasional travel across Australia and Recent Zealand to support quality investigations and field testing.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- A Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a relevant scientific discipline.
- Hands-on experience in microscopy, diagnostics, laboratory environments, microbiology, biomarkers, or related scientific fields.
- Strong quality assurance, data validation,
and technical result interpretation skills, paired with top-tier time management.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative workplace with the independence to take full ownership of your work.
- Excellent written/verbal communication, a valid full driving licence, and a willingness to travel across ANZ when duty calls.
- Previous lab experience in testing/diagnostics, familiarity with parasitology, or a background connected to the ANZ veterinary/agribusiness sectors.
