We are looking for a technically minded sales professional who understands electrical products, the electrical industry and the needs of commercial contractors. About the Role:

NHP has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Representative to join our Sales team in Sydney.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will help grow NHP’s market share across Sydney by partnering with major commercial electrical contractors. You will develop customer strategies, uncover project opportunities and position NHP’s products, systems and services in a way that adds real value.

This role will suit someone who is commercially focused, customer-led and motivated to deliver strong outcomes.

Other responsibilities include:

- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing contractor customers
- Develop account strategies that support growth, retention and project success




- Recommend suitable product and service solutions based on customer requirements
- Coordinate stakeholders to promote the NHP value proposition
- Identify new opportunities through responsive customer support

Ideally you will have / be:

- Previous experience working with or calling on electrical contractors; experience with commercial contractors will be highly regarded
- Sound electrical product or industry knowledge
- The ability to uncover customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- A proactive, accountable approach with the drive to deliver results
- Solid communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to shared success
- Strong time management, organisation and follow-through
