ConsultANZ is looking for a highly experienced Piling Foreman/Supervisor to support the delivery of a major infrastructure project in Brisbane. This role is ideal for a practical, hands-on leader with deep expertise in CFA, bored, driven, and diaphragm wall piling, ready to oversee critical foundation works on a complex civil project.
The Opportunity

Your Role
- Lead and coordinate all piling and ground engineering activities on-site
- Supervise crews operating piling rigs, drilling, and sheet piling equipment
- Ensure works meet technical standards and engineering specifications
- Promote a strong safety-first culture and ensure OH&S; compliance
- Manage site logistics, labour, and subcontractors to maintain workflow and productivity
- Oversee daily operations for installation of CFA, bored, displacement, secant, and sheet piles, as well as deep soil mixing and diaphragm walls
What You Bring
- At least 10 years’ experience in a Foreman or Supervisor role within civil infrastructure
- In-depth knowledge of a range of piling techniques and ground improvement methods
- Solid understanding of quality, environmental, and safety requirements in construction
- Strong leadership with the ability to guide and mentor site crews and junior staff
- Skilled in working collaboratively with Project Managers to meet program milestones
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
