The Position!
Our client is seeking an intermediate to senior litigation solicitor to join their team,
working across a broad range of litigation matters including pre-litigation negotiations and dispute resolution, alongside commercial and estate litigation. You will manage your own file load with autonomy, from initial instruction through to resolution.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' PAE in commercial and/or estate litigation
- Solid file and client management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and run matters to completion
- Up to date knowledge of relevant legislation and practice directions
- Willingness to mentor junior staff while continuing your own development
- A collaborative team player
