If you're passionate about paediatric Occupational Therapy and want the workplace and resources to actually practise it properly, this could be a great fit.

Join an established Northern Beaches private practice with a purpose-built paediatric clinic, large sensory gym and an experienced team of more than 10 Occupational Therapists.

You'll initially work predominantly within the clinic, allowing you to establish relationships with your clients, team and supervisors before incorporating some school, preschool, telehealth and community-based work.

The Caseload: There is a particularly strong focus on children requiring support with emotional regulation, sensory regulation and neurodevelopmental presentations.
You'll work with clients presenting with:

- Autism
- ADHD
- Emotional regulation difficulties
- Sensory processing and regulation
- Fine and gross motor development
- Executive functioning
- Social participation
- School participation
- Self-care and independence

The practice does not have a heavily physical-disability-focused caseload.
Instead, this would particularly suit a paediatric Occupational Therapist who enjoys neurodevelopmental paediatrics, emotional regulation and working closely with children and their families.

The organisation has also recently expanded its services to young adults up to approximately 25 years old,



largely because longstanding clients have wanted to remain with the practice as they transition into adulthood.

A Clinic Designed for Paediatric OT: You'll have access to:

Rather than working alone, you'll be surrounded by a team of 10+ Occupational Therapists, alongside experienced Team Leaders and a dedicated Therapy Manager.

Your Week

- Approximately 5 appointments per day
- Around 25 appointments across the week
- One-hour lunch break
- Weekly 1:1 supervision
- Established referrals and caseload
- Dedicated administration support
- Structured professional development
- Minimal community work initially
- 3:00pm finish every Friday

Who Would Suit This Role? You'll need AHPRA registration, a driver's licence and car and a genuine passion for paediatric OT.

More importantly, the team is looking for someone who can connect well with children and parents.
You'll be:

- Confident communicating with families
- Engaged and energetic with clients
- Open in your communication
- Comfortable asking for help when needed
- Collaborative with your colleagues
- Genuinely interested in paediatric practice
