An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced MRI Radiographer to join a brand new, purpose built imaging clinic in Bowen Hills. Owned and operated by Radiologists, this independent practice offers the chance to work with the latest technology, a highly experienced multidisciplinary team and a diverse MRI caseload in a supportive, non-corporate environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior MRI Radiographer looking to play an important role in the growth of a new clinic while enjoying genuine clinical autonomy and direct access to experienced Radiologists.

What's on Offer

- Competitive hourly rate of $70-$80 per hour + super
- Brand new Siemens 3T Magnetom Lumina MRI scanner
- Monday to Friday role with MRI hours typically 9:00am-5:00pm
- Full time preferred, with part-time applicants also considered
- Independent, Radiologist-owned practice with an on-site Radiologist every day
- Opportunity to contribute ideas and help shape a growing MRI service
- Optional exposure to CT for those looking to maintain broader skills

The Role

Working as the Senior MRI Radiographer, you'll perform a broad range of MRI examinations while contributing to the ongoing development of a growing private imaging service.

The caseload includes:

- Gamma Knife simulation MRI for Queensland's first private Gamma Knife service
- Neurology
- MSK imaging
- Spine, hips and knees




- Advanced women's imaging and gynaecological MRI
- General outpatient MRI referred by specialists and GPs

You'll work closely with experienced Radiologists and a collaborative multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality patient care while helping drive service excellence.

About You

- Current AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated experience as an MRI Radiographer
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
- Strong communication and organisational skills

Employment Type: Permanent (Full-time preferred, Part-time considered)
Hours: Monday-Friday | MRI roster typically 9:00am-5:00pm
