TEN Recruitment is partnering with a respected WA-based residential builder renowned for delivering high-quality, bespoke homes across Perth. With a robust reputation in the luxury custom home market, they are now looking for an experienced Draftsperson to join their small, established drafting team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled residential Draftsperson looking to work on a diverse range of custom projects within a stable, supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for producing accurate and detailed documentation throughout the lifecycle of each project.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Producing detailed working drawings, site plans, floor plans and construction documentation
- Updating plans in line with client selections, design changes and council/development requirements
- Working collaboratively with construction, estimating and design teams to identify and resolve buildability issues
- Ensuring documentation complies with NCC, R-Codes, BCA and relevant developer guidelines
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout each project
- Contributing to the smooth delivery of high-end custom residential projects
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 5 years’ experience drafting double storey homes in WA
- Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD
- Certificate IV or higher in Residential Drafting
- Sound knowledge of NCC, R-Codes
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organisational skills
- Confident communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
- Local WA residential construction experience
- Full Australian working rights
