Summary:

The Building Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance and management of properties within the insurance sector in Newcastle, New South Wales. Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for all properties under management.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers to ensure quality workmanship.
- Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance and repair projects.




- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programmes to prolong the lifespan of facilities.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenditures.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for management regarding building conditions and maintenance needs.

Qualifications:

- Associate degree in Building Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in building supervision or property management.
