Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve fleet sales goals and targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our fleet customer base.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales campaigns.

- Provide expert advice and solutions to clients, helping them select the right products and services for their needs.

- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in fleet sales or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong understanding of fleet management and industry trends.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

- Highly motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
