Join Our Growing Team – Telemarketing Team Leader / Manager

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Telemarketing Team Leader / Manager to join our growing financial services and wealth creation business in Broadbeach.

This is a hands-on leadership role working closely with a small, boutique telemarketing team. You'll be responsible for helping the team perform at their best, maintaining lead quality, driving results and creating a positive, high-performing team environment.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead, motivate and support a small telemarketing team
- Monitor team performance, results and conversion rates
- Coach team members to improve their communication and performance
- Help manage daily call activity and lead flow
- Identify areas for improvement and implement better processes
- Assist with training and onboarding recent team members
- Lead by example and maintain a positive team culture

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in telemarketing and outbound calling




- Previous team leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong communication and people-management skills
- Confident, motivated and results-driven
- Ability to coach and bring the best out of a team
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to get hands-on
