Casual Property Manager – Approx. 3 Days Per Week

We are seeking an experienced and organised Property Manager to join our team on a casual basis, working approximately 3 days per week.

n

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Property Manager looking for flexibility and a supportive working environment without the commitment of a full-time role.

About the Role

n

Working as part of our property management team, you will assist with the day-to-day management of our residential portfolio and provide a high level of service to both landlords and tenants.

n

Your responsibilities will include and not limited to:

n

n
- Managing landlord and tenant enquiries
n
- Conducting routine inspections
n
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
n
- Lease renewals and rent reviews
n
- Managing arrears and tenancy matters
n
- Ingoing/Final Inspections
n
- Liaising with tradespeople and contractors
n
- Ensuring properties and tenancies are managed in accordance with SA legislation
n
- General property management administration
n
- Mid and End of Month
n

About You

n

We are looking for someone who is confident,



reliable and able to work independently while also being part of a small team.

n

Ideally, you will have:

n

n
- Previous Property Management experience
n
- Sound knowledge of South Australian residential tenancy legislation
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- Strong attention to detail
n
- A skilled and friendly approach with landlords and tenants
n
- Good computer and property management software skills
n
- The ability to prioritise and manage your workload effectively
n
- A current driver's license and reliable vehicle
n
- Experience with PropertyTree would be highly regarded.
n
