This permanent, full time role is crucial for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in building and construction, demonstrating leadership and effective communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and finalise construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting plans as necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes




- Prepare and present project documentation and reports to stakeholders

Qualifications:
