Depending on where you're based, your caseload could include areas such as Chermside, Aspley, Carseldine, Bridgeman Downs, Albany Creek, Strathpine, Brendale, Warner, Petrie, Kallangur, Mango Hill, North Lakes and surrounding suburbs .

While our broader service area covers Brisbane's northern corridor, you won't be expected to travel across the entire region . Wherever possible, we'll build your caseload around where you live, helping keep travel practical and giving you genuine flexibility over your working week.

You'll work across a mix of home, community and telehealth settings , supporting participants across a varied NDIS caseload.

Your Caseload & Clinical Support You'll have the opportunity to work across the lifespan, supporting participants with a range of disability, mental health and psychosocial presentations .

Depending on your experience, interests and local service needs, your work may include psychological assessment, evidence-based intervention, capacity building and ongoing therapeutic support .

You'll have access to Avina's wider Psychology and multidisciplinary network, with structured clinical and operational supervision, peer collaboration, Communities of Practice and ongoing career development .

What You'll Be Doing

- Conduct psychological assessments and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Develop person-centred therapy plans aligned with participant goals
- Work flexibly across home, community and telehealth settings
- Support participants across disability, mental health and psychosocial presentations
- Collaborate with families, support networks and multidisciplinary colleagues
- Prepare high-quality clinical documentation and reports
- Participate in clinical supervision, peer learning and career development

What You'll Bring

- Current General Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning and organisational skills
- Experience within disability, community or mental health settings is desirable
- A collaborative and person-centred approach
- Confidence working independently while staying connected with your wider team
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle for community work
