We are expanding and we are seeking an experienced Registered Psychologist to join our established multidisciplinary practice in permanent full-time or part-time roles.

ABOUT US

Combined Therapy Services (CTS) provides Allied Health Services to Southwest Sydney, including providing psychological, therapeutic and behaviour support services to children, young people, and adults. We provide psychological services to clients presenting with a broad range of developmental, mental health, behavioural, emotional and social needs, offering psychologists exposure to varied and clinically meaningful presentations. Our clinicians work collaboratively with families, schools, early learning settings, day programs, workplaces, supported accommodation providers and other health professionals to support comprehensive assessment, formulation, intervention and functional outcomes. At CTS, psychologists are encouraged to develop areas of clinical interest, contribute to evidence-informed therapeutic programs and participate in multidisciplinary and community-based service delivery.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an opportunity for a skilled clinician who enjoys complex and meaningful clinical work, values professional autonomy, and wants to contribute their experience within a supportive and growing service. You will work across mental health, intellectual and psychosocial disabilities and NDIS services contexts, providing psychological assessment and intervention to children,



adolescents and adults.

Your caseload will be tailored to your clinical strengths, experience and interests and may include:

- Psychological assessment, formulation and evidence-based intervention with a diverse range of developmental, psychosocial, behavioural and complex mental health needs.
- NDIS psychological services
- Working with people with an intellectual disability, ASD, ADHD and psychosocial disability
- Psychological and psychometric assessments
- Behaviour Support Services
- Clinical and NDIS report writing
- Consultation with families, carers and support teams
- Collaboration with psychiatrists, GPs, support coordinators and allied health professionals

As a clinician, there is also scope to contribute to clinical discussions, mentoring, service development and multidisciplinary practice, depending on your interests.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a confident and experienced psychologist with:
- Full registered Psychologist with AHPRA
- At least 3 years of experience as a registered Psychologist
- Robust psychological assessment, formulation and intervention skills
- Demonstrated experience working with mental health and disability
- Experience managing complex clinical presentations
- Excellent clinical judgement and report-writing skills
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
- A strong commitment to ethical, person-centred and evidence-based practice

Experience within the NDIS, intellectual disability, psychosocial disability, ASD, complex trauma or Positive Behaviour Support will be highly regarded.
