Rate: between $40.17 and $55 an hour based on ongoing client hours, plus super and commission

A Week In This Role

You walk in, your calendar is full and confirmed, and your assistant has already handled the reminders and follow ups. This month your mentor helped you turn five trial clients into ongoing members. More hours, better pay, zero out of pocket. That is genuinely the role.

What We Hand You On Day One

Yeah. We hear that from every trainer who applies. Here is what you actually get: Free gym access. Train yourself and coach your clients with no fees.

A real client app. Messaging, appointments, programming, health stats and nutrition, all in one place.

Leads booked straight into your calendar. 100+ in your first 12 weeks, while you are at home. We handle the outreach, the convincing and the booking. They show up ready to train.

No marketing to run. We do the ads, the calls and the follow up. You do the sessions.

Your own PT assistant. Books sessions, sends reminders, handles follow ups and passes you notes before every client walks in. You just show up and coach.

Done for you systems. Uniforms, business cards, trainer profile, client app and branding. All handled.

Coaching Is the Job. The Rest Should Not Be Your Problem.
