Imagine This

You turn up and the diary is full and confirmed. Reminders and follow ups are already sent. Your mentor just helped you move five trials onto ongoing packages. Your hours grow, your pay grows, and none of it cost you a cent. That is the whole job.

The One Condition

No catch. One requirement: you have to actually be the kind of coach we can back:

- Coachable. You take feedback without making excuses or getting defensive.
- Structured. You track your clients, plan your sessions and follow systems that work.
- Reliable. People can count on you to be there and be ready.

Not everyone fits this, and we are okay with that. We want people who want to be great at the coaching part.

Coaching Is the Job. The Rest Should Not Be Your Problem.

Coaching is why you are here. Not sales scripts, not rent, not endless admin.

- Drive to an empty gym floor because the booking never confirmed
- Spend your weekends doing unpaid admin instead of resting or training yourself
- Play marketer, salesperson, accountant and admin while forgetting why you started
- Burn your evenings writing captions nobody books from

Who Fits This Role

- Ready to build something that lasts
- Cert III/IV qualified, or nearly there
- First Aid, CPR and WWCC ready
- A strength first approach for normal, everyday clients
