In this role, you'll: Work within our Public Transport Coordination Team within the Operations Management Branch of the Coordinator General division at Transport for NSW.
This role will see you lead and support the Public transport operations team within a live environment, where you will focus on improvements and efficiencies to our operational coordination across the NSW Public transport network.
You will be collaborating and building effective relationships with our stakeholders and implement strategies that will mitigate disruptions to our customers through effective application of intelligent transport solutions.

About You Your experience and knowledge are in public transport modes such as Bus, Train, Ferry & Metro operations, where you can also bring strong skills and experience in people leadership.
You’re recognised for your experience working in public transport coordination that provides you with the ability to see the broader customer impact and provide a holistic view to the team and the overall success to customer journeys.

this is a role that will enable you to utilise your strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills within a large-scale customer operational environment. This will see you lift capability standards, bring cultural change and drive continuous improvement.
This is an Award Transport Grade 8 Permanent Full-Time role that is based on-site in Eveleigh at the TMC and is a rostered position from Monday to Friday (split between an AM & PM shift). You will work an average of 35 hours per week. Working arrangements may include a standard Monday to Friday roster of 7 hour shifts or a rotating roster of 12 hour shifts, subject to operational requirements. The role operates in accordance with the applicable award and local arrangements.
