This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail is essential. You’ll be responsible for keeping purchasing moving, chasing suppliers, managing orders and making sure the right parts and materials arrive when they’re needed.

What you’ll be doing

- Purchasing aircraft parts, consumables, tooling and general supplies

- Raising and managing purchase orders

- Obtaining and comparing supplier quotes

- Following up suppliers and chasing outstanding orders

- Monitoring delivery dates and identifying delays early

- Checking part numbers, quantities and purchasing information carefully

- Liaising with maintenance and logistics personnel on urgent requirements

- Coordinating freight and deliveries where required

- Maintaining accurate purchasing and supplier records

- Resolving order, pricing, delivery and documentation discrepancies

- Building solid relationships with suppliers

Experience in purchasing, procurement, aviation, or inventory management will be highly regarded.

Aviation experience is beneficial but not essential if you have the right attitude, attention to detail and ability to learn.
