Join our growing food manufacturing team as a QA Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality and regulatory compliance across our operations.
Reporting to the Group FSQ Compliance Manager, you will help maintain and continuously improve our food safety and quality management systems, with a strong focus on HACCP, SQF, FSANZ and regulatory compliance.
About the role
You will be responsible for:
- Conducting internal audits, inspections and quality reviews
- Monitoring food safety and quality systems across processing and farm facilities
- Supporting supplier quality, product specifications and corrective actions
- Investigating customer complaints and non-conformances
- Monitoring testing, quality trends and supplier performance
- Delivering food safety and quality training to operational teams
- Maintaining QA documentation,
registers and reporting systems
- Supporting continuous improvement and implementation of new QA controls
About you
We are looking for a motivated QA professional with:
- A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Management or a related discipline
- 2–4 years' experience in food manufacturing, QA or QC
- Experience with audits, compliance, supplier management and quality systems
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- HACCP, SQF or GMP experience/certification will be highly regarded
