About the role

We are looking for a detail-driven QC Specialist to manage quality control, compliance, and auditing across our manufacturing facility. You will drive regulatory and standard compliance across ISO 22716 (GMP), COSMOS (natural and organic), and Cruelty Free International. Working alongside our QC Formulator and reporting to the Operation Manager, you will ensure our finished products meet strict quality and regulatory benchmarks.

Key responsibilities

- Perform routine QC testing on starting materials, bulk product, and finished goods
- Create technical documentation, including Certificates of Analysis (CofA) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
- Manage external audit processes and conduct regular internal GMP audits.
- Review and approve product label artwork against local laws and certifying standards.
- Investigate non-conformances, root causes, and customer returns/complaints.
- Coordinate compliance documentation with raw material suppliers and certifying bodies.

About you

- 2 years' experience in a similar manufacturing facility
- Tertiary qualification in science
- Demonstrated experience in quality assurance
- Sound knowledge and understanding of ISO 22716 or similar GMP standards
- Proven attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft Office suite)
- Great organisation and time management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
