The Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Diploma Qualified Educator to help create a warm, inspiring, and play-based learning environment. You will work closely with the Educators, Educational Leader,
and management team to provide high-quality care and education and support children’s development in a safe and nurturing environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating play-based learning experiences
- Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Observe and document children’s learning in line with theEYLF and NQS
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment
- Support children’s independence, confidence, and sense of belonging
- Follow all policies and procedures in line with National Regulations and Child Safe Standards
- Contribute to a positive team culture and professional environment
About You You are a caring, reliable, and experienced educator who is passionate about working with children and being part of a supportive team.
You will bring
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Experience working in a long day care or early childhood setting
- Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards
- Knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law & Regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management training
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current Police Check (or willing to obtain)
