Key responsibilities

- Create high end colour work including blondes, balayage, ombré, foiling and toning

- Conduct personalised consultations with clients

- Manage your own clients from consultation through to styling and rebooking

- Work independently while contributing positively to a small team

- Deliver exceptional client experiences

About you

- Trade qualified hairdresser (essential)





- Minimum 5+ years salon experience preferred

- Highly skilled in blondes, balayage, ombré, foiling and toning

- Confident with personalised consultations

- Advanced blonde skills essential, including confidently achieving clean white blonde results

- Comfortable working independently while contributing positively to a small team

- Professional, reliable and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences

- Currently based in Darwin

- Preferably looking for a long term prospect (minimum 12 months)
