As our Quality and Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership for clinical quality and continuous improvement to ensure the delivery of high-quality aged care and wellbeing services.
You will provide oversight and leadership to the Quality and Service Improvement team and lead a collective approach to continuous quality improvement in line with strategic objectives and legislative compliance requirements.
Your role will work across Helping Hands Home Care portfolio to drive consistency and create impact through the provision of clinical quality and continuous improvement advice, whilst innovating operational effectiveness, achieving strategic directives and delivering outstanding care and services to our clients, families and staff.
You’ll also make an impact by:
- Working with the Home Care Leadership Team to support achievement and compliance with all legislation
- Collaborating with the broader Quality, Risk and Assurance team to assist staff to understand the importance of continuous improvement
- Facilitating activities that seek to improve quality, client outcomes and experiences
- Utilising and monitoring data to inform continuous improvement measures and operational decision making
- Supporting the improvement, integration and operationalization of systems and processes that will enable the Home Care Services division to excel.
What you’ll bring To succeed in this role, you will:
- Be a tertiary qualified clinician registered with AHPRA with at least 3 years quality management experience
- Have a robust knowledge of the Aged Care accreditation process, aged care regulations, accreditation standards and quality improvement frameworks
- Be able to demonstrate quality, compliance and clinical governance experience across our Home Care services
- Be proficient in data analysis, reporting and project management
- Have excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Be able to demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to relate with all levels of staff, clients, internal and external stakeholders
- Have the ability to foster collaboration across teams to drive continuous improvement and change
- Have high-level problem-solving skills to manage competing priorities, provide sound advice and recommendation.
- Hold a valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or be willing to obtain one
