Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures across production and inspection processes

- Conduct regular product and process audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards

- Analyse quality data, generate reports, and identify trends or opportunities for improvement

- Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues

- Support quality control and quality assurance teams in driving and maintaining best practices

- Manage the calibration of inspection equipment and maintain accurate records using calibration software

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency

- Read and interpret technical drawings, developing a strong understanding of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)

Your Skills and Experience

- Previous experience in a Quality Coordinator or similar quality-focused role, or an Engineering graduate looking to start their career

- Robust knowledge of quality control standards, methodologies, and ISO frameworks

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data effectively

- High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills

- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and communicate effectively

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems/software

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (GD&T; knowledge highly regarded)
