We are working with a market-leading heavy machinery manufacturer in their search for an experienced Quality Manager. As the Quality Manager, you will lead a team and be responsible for owning, leading and coordinating the quality function across the business, ensuring practical quality control, supplier quality assurance, audit compliance, client documentation and continuous improvement are embedded into daily operations.

As a hands-on manager, you will manage a small team and be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality management systems and safety partnership through developing practical audit and compliance processes and activities and will work closely with suppliers, customers and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and excellence in the quality and safety functions.

To be successful in this role,



you will be tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline and have proven experience in managing quality systems with ISO9001 audit and accreditation processes. Working with highly regulated equipment, it is essential that you have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as this will allow you to work with the vast array of stakeholders that are involved in this role.

Manufacturing experience and exposure to digital platforms is highly regarded.
