Shower Solutions Perth is a family-run business specialising in shower re-grouting, waterproofing and leak repairs — and we also complete mini bathroom renovations. Our team has worked together for years, and we're proud of the flexible, supportive culture we've built. - Another in his 50s ( Cert 3 tiler ) joined after running his own tiling business — he now enjoys reliable income without weekend work or business stress
- A recent staff member in his early 20s ( Cert 3 tiler ) who has been with us for 6 months now and really enjoying the job
- A long-time staff member in his 30s ( Cert 3 tiler ) has been with us for 10 years doing 5 days a week.

The Role

We're seeking a qualified and reliable tradesperson to carry out shower repairs in residential homes across the Perth metro area.



The work is straightforward and consistent — typically 2 jobs per day, tools provided, and most staff are done by 3pm. You work alone on the job sites so experienced staff are required for this role.

This is a casual role with flexibility to work 2 to 5 weekdays per week — no weekend work required.

If you're currently working in the re grouting industry in Perth and consistently deliver top-quality work, we want to hear from you. We offer the highest rates in the industry, making it well worth your time to apply.

What You'll Be Doing

- Re-grouting leaking or deteriorated showers
- Minor tiling repairs and touch-ups
- Mixing and applying grout
- Re-siliconing and waterproofing
- Acid washing tiles, grout, and descaling shower screens ( to prepare for works )
- Operating power tools
- Mini bathroom renovations
- Small tiling jobs like after plumbing repairs, splash backs etc...

What You'll Need

- Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling obtained through TAFE only.
- Minimum 1-2 years of tiling experience required
- Skilled and confident with silicone application
- Confidence using hand and power tools
- Strong time management and punctuality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's licence
- Current police clearance




- Professional presentation
- Must hold Australian permanent residency or citizenship

What We're Not Looking For Please do not apply if you:

- Are regularly late or unreliable
- Cut corners or rush through jobs
- Have a history of being disrespectful to customers, teammates or management.
- Cannot work independently
- Don't hold a valid licence
- Won't provide a police clearance
- Need constant follow-up or micro-management
- Not prepared to travel around the metropolitan area

- Most workdays start around 7:00am and finish by 3:00pm
