The Role | Sales Associate As a Sales Associate, you'll work closely with established Sales Consultants and gain exposure to every stage of the residential sales process.

You'll have the opportunity to:

- Support Sales Consultants across their listings, buyers and vendors




- Assist with prospecting and business development activities
- Develop and maintain databases and client relationships
- Conduct buyer follow-up and assist with lead generation
- Attend open homes, inspections and auctions
- Assist with sales campaigns and listing preparation
- Develop your knowledge of the Melbourne property market
- Build relationships with buyers, vendors and other industry professionals
- Learn the fundamentals of prospecting, negotiation and sales
- Receive ongoing coaching, training and mentoring

The goal is simple: develop your capability, build your confidence and give you the tools to progress into your own Sales Consultant career.

Your Career Pathway

Sales Associate | Guaranteed Base Salary

Your first step will be working alongside experienced Sales Consultants while developing the skills and knowledge required to become a successful agent.

You'll receive structured support, hands-on experience and ongoing mentoring while being exposed to a high-volume sales environment.

Sales Consultant | Retainer + Commission

As you develop your capability and demonstrate the required performance, you'll have the opportunity to progress into a Sales Consultant role.

You'll then have the opportunity to:

- Manage your own client relationships and opportunities
- Build your personal profile and database
- Generate and manage your own listings
- Take ownership of sales campaigns
- Develop your own pipeline and business

Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is hungry to learn, confident with people and serious about building a career in real estate sales.

You may be

- Newly qualified and looking to break into residential sales
- Currently completing your Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
- Working in another area of real estate and looking to transition into sales
- Working in a sales or customer-facing role and looking for your first opportunity in real estate
- Already working as a junior Sales Assistant or Associate and looking for a stronger career pathway

Essential Requirements

- Current Victorian Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Full Australian working rights
- Availability to work Saturdays
- Agent's Representative qualification or currently studying towards a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
