The Role

We’re on the hunt for highly motivated, resilient, and energetic person to join us as a Sales Associate.

Five-star customer service skills are a must.

This is a high-energy, people-focused role where you’ll be sparking conversations, opening doors (literally), and creating opportunities for our sales team. Along the way, you’ll gain first-hand experience in the real estate industry and learn exactly what it takes to become a successful agent yourself. This role comes with outstanding remuneration and a high reward-for-effort incentive package.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Prospecting and generating leads

- Building rapport and starting meaningful conversations

- Booking appointments and creating opportunities for the sales team

- Assisting with buyer inspections and open homes





- Learning the foundations of real estate success and developing the skills of a top agent

- Being the friendly, confident first point of contact in the sales journey

- Previous sales experience (preferred but not essential)

- A driver’s licence and reliable car
