The Role:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and highly organised Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and manage patient records with accuracy.
- Assist with general administrative duties to support the clinical team.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
- Stock management
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience in a medical reception or customer service role is highly regarded.
- Availability to work Saturdays and provide cover for sick and annual leave when required is essential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with a commitment to patient care.
