LGM Industries is a leading construction and maintenance contractor specialising in structural, mechanical and piping services for the Western Australian resources and energy sectors.

Our team is seeking an experienced Recruitment and Mobilisation Coordinator to support the recruitment and mobilisation of skilled tradespeople and professionals across Structural, Mechanical & Piping (SMP), Projects, Shutdowns, and Maintenance.

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating recruitment activities, ensuring candidates are efficiently onboarded and mobilised, supporting workforce requirements across a range of projects and operational environments.

About the Role

You'll play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and securing high-quality talent to support SMP projects and shutdown works.

Working closely with the operations and project teams, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment while building and maintaining a pipeline of candidates ready to mobilise when required.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing through to onboarding.

· Source and engage skilled blue-collar and white-collar candidates for SMP projects.

· Build & maintain talent pools of Boilermakers, Fitters, Riggers & Supervisors

· Conduct phone screens and face to face interviews.

· Coordinate pre-employment medicals, inductions, mobilisations and VOC requirements.





· Work closely with the operational team to forecast labour requirements.

· Assist in the development of proactive recruitment strategies to meet peak demands.

· Build strong relationships with potential and current employees.

· Maintain accurate candidate records via our in-built system and Training Matrix.

· Book and arrange training courses and revalidations of tickets and licences.

About You

· You'll be motivated with a passion for connecting great people with great opportunities.

· Experience in high-volume recruitment within mining, resources and/or construction.

· Robust knowledge of SMP, shutdown and maintenance workforces.

· Experience recruiting for blue-collar trades.

· Excellent sourcing and networking skills.

· Strong organisational and time management abilities.

· Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

· High attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Experience with mobilisation and compliance processes.
