About the Role

We are looking for a Group Retail Recruitment Coordinator to support the recruitment function over the Seasonal hiring period.

- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end, high-volume recruitment process for Christmas Casual roles across the Sheridan, Bras N Things and Bonds network.
- Utilise HRIS and CRM systems to process candidates applications and contract requests.
- Partner with and influence Store Managers to drive strong recruitment outcomes.
- Provide administrative support to the wider recruitment team.

What you bring

- Experience in high-volume or fast-paced recruitment or retail environments
- Ability to manage and adapt to shifting priorities and changing business needs while remaining effective
- Strong organisational and time management skills, supported by excellent administration capabilities and attention to detail.
- Confident communication with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving with a solutions-based mindset
