Join Ashley & Martin in a hands-on recruitment and people role where you’ll get to know our teams, work directly with hiring managers and see the people you help recruit become part of the business.

Your role Working closely with our COO, you’ll coordinate recruitment and onboarding across our clinic and support teams. You’ll recruit for a variety of positions, connect with people across the business and help each new hire make the transition from candidate to colleague.

This could suit someone in recruitment coordination or HR administration who is ready for more involvement, or an agency recruiter interested in moving into an internal role.

Your focus will be recruitment, onboarding and everyday people support, with guidance available for more complex matters.

This is a full-time position based onsite at our West Perth head office.

What you’ll get involved in

- Finding the right people: prepare job adverts, source candidates, review applications and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Keeping recruitment moving:work with managers on shortlists, arrange interviews and coordinate reference checks and approved offers.
- Looking after candidates:



keep people informed and make the hiring process professional, friendly and well organised.
- Welcoming new starters: coordinate employment documents, inductions, training and access so people arrive prepared.
- Supporting our teams: maintain employee records, track probation milestones and help with everyday people administration.

What you’ll bring You’re organised, approachable and comfortable picking up the phone. You enjoy working with people, follow through on the details and can keep several vacancies moving while giving candidates a positive experience.

You’ll also bring

- Experience in recruitment, recruitment coordination or HR administration.
- Confidence communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Positive judgement and care when handling confidential information.
- The ability to manage routine work independently and ask for guidance when needed.
- Confidence using recruitment platforms, HR systems and Microsoft Office.

Experience with ELMO would be a bonus. Experience in healthcare, retail or another business with multiple locations would also be useful. About Ashley & Martin
