Job Type: Casual and Part Time shifts available

About the Role

n

As a Personal Care Worker,



you will work collaboratively with our clinical and care teams to deliver high-quality personal care and support to residents. Reporting to the Team Leader or Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in enhancing residents' quality of life through respectful, resident-focused care

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide personal care, hygiene, grooming and oral care support
n
- Assist residents with meals, mobility and activities of daily living
n
- Support lifestyle and leisure activities that promote wellbeing
n
- Observe, document and report changes in residents' health and wellbeing
n
- Maintain accurate care documentation and records
n
- Contribute to a safe, caring and positive environment for residents, families and colleagues
n
- Work in accordance with Aged Care Quality Standards, infection control requirements and TLC policies and procedures
n
- Promote residents' rights, dignity, choice and independence
n

n

What You'll Need:

n

n
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
n
- Previous experience in aged care
n
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
n
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
n




- NDIS Worker Screening Check (includes Police Check)
n
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
n
- Warm and effective communication skills
n
