Job Description

The Salvation Army Melbourne, VIC is seeking a Trauma-Informed Case Manager for Foley House in Footscray to provide in office, fixed-term support until 2026. Reporting to the Homelessness Manager, the role supports residents facing homelessness and complex challenges, delivering person-centred services to improve health, wellbeing and independence with dignity and positive outcomes.
