Job Description

Spiegel Haus Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager to lead hospitality operations across a CBD entertainment precinct. You'll report to the Venue Manager, supervise Duty Managers and shifts, and stand in when needed, ensuring smooth nightly performance.

The role focuses on rostering, cost controls, staff development and maintaining high standards of service, hygiene and safety. Availability across seven-day trade, nights and weekends is expected.
