Design & Build are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join an office fit-out project in Toowoomba on a 7–10 week contract.

The Role

- Immediate start available

- Office fit-out project
n
- Manage day-to-day site operations
n
- Coordinate subcontractors and trades
n
- Ensure programme, quality and safety requirements are met
n
- Liaise with the Project Manager, client and consultants
n
- Manage site inductions, pre-starts and daily site coordination
n
n
About You
n
n
- Previous experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-outs
n
- Strong subcontractor and site coordination skills
n
- Good understanding of WHS and site compliance
n
- Able to hit the ground running and work autonomously
n
- Solid communication and organisational skills
n
- Toowoomba-based or willing to travel for the duration of the project
n
n
Contract: 7–10 weeks
n
