This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and enjoys shaping best-in-class finance processes from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Own and enhance the company’s financial control framework
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity across all financial processes
- Strengthen month-end close procedures and internal controls as the business scales
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Deliver clear, insightful analysis to senior leadership
- Support statutory reporting and audit processes
- Act as the finance lead for optimising our recent NetSuite ERP and general ledger
- Provide guidance on accounting treatment for new transactions, contracts, and business activities
- Support the development of accounting policies and documentation

What You Bring

- CA/CPA qualified or equivalent
- Strong experience in financial control, reporting, or technical accounting
- Experience in a high-growth technology firm, or a start-up/scale-up environment is highly regarded
- Familiarity with NetSuite or another cloud-based ERP (NetSuite experience highly valued)
- A process-improvement mindset with the ability to build structure in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Confidence working cross-functionally and communicating with senior stakeholders
