- Academic Level E: Total Remuneration $247,655 pa (including salary of $209,272 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

Position Requirements

n

n
- Doctoral qualification (PhD or equivalent) plus significant experience in nursing.
n
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with AHPRA and evidence of meeting NMBA Recency of Practice requirements.
n
- Extensive academic, research and industry experience, with a distinguished record of achievement in nursing education and scholarship.
n




- Demonstrated success in leading high-performing multidisciplinary teams, mentoring academic staff and driving strategic teaching and research outcomes.
n
- Distinguished research profile, evidenced by high-quality publications, successful supervision of Higher Degree by Research candidates and a strong record of competitive research funding success.
n
- Established national and international standing in the profession, demonstrated through leadership, research collaboration and engagement with professional bodies and key stakeholders.
n
- Proven ability to influence the direction of nursing education, research and skilled practice through strategic partnerships with industry, government and the broader community.
n
