Lead one of Adelaide's south's biggest and busiest pubs.

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Venue Manager to lead The Lonsdale Hotel, a high-volume, multi-outlet venue featuring gaming, a bistro, sports bar & TAB, huge drive-in bottle shop, functions and accommodation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven hospitality leader ready for their next challenge. You'll lead a large team and work closely with our Operations team and Directors, giving you the opportunity to make a genuine impact on the venue's performance and direction.

YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Leading, developing and managing a large team
n
- Gaming operations, including cash clearance reporting and reconciliations
n
- Rostering and labour management
n
- Recruitment, training and performance management
n
- Ordering, stock control,



suppliers and venue systems
n
- Overseeing all day-to-day operations across the venue
n
- Driving sales, managing costs and improving performance
n

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

- Has experience managing a large, high-volume hospitality venue
n
- Knows gaming operations and compliance
n
- Is commercially minded with robust attention to detail
n
- Leads from the front and performs well under pressure
n
- Takes ownership, brings energy and makes things happen
