About the Role
Join Novita's Hindmarsh team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience where you'll help customers access the products, appointments and support they need.
- Provide outstanding service over the phone, online and in store
- Process customer orders, enquiries, returns and refunds
- Coordinate appointments and support service delivery
- Manage invoicing, agency billing and funding-related administration
- Build strong relationships with customers, clinicians and stakeholders
Qualifications, knowledge and skills
- Experience in retail, customer service, healthcare, disability, administration or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers
- Experience managing customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face interactions
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritise work and meet deadlines in a busy environment
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and administrative skills
- Experience processing orders, appointments, invoicing or billing activities
- Confidence using multiple systems and learning new technology quickly
- Ability to manage challenging customer conversations professionally and empathetically
- A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- A current NDIS Worker Check and SA Working with Children Check will be required to start in the role
