The Role:

Working closely with project teams, WHSE Advisors, WHSE Managers and operational leaders, you'll play an important role in maintaining a safe, compliant and high-performing work environment across our sites.

- Supporting the implementation of RCC's WHSE systems, standards and project-specific compliance requirements.
- Assisting with workforce onboarding and inductions.
- Conducting site inspections, audits and safety observations.
- Supporting risk assessments,



SWMS reviews and hazard management activities.
- Assisting with incident investigations, reporting and corrective actions.
- Encouraging proactive hazard reporting and a positive safety culture across project teams.
- Working closely with site leadership to ensure safe work practices are maintained at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

- Tertiary qualifications in Workplace Health & Safety or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in a construction, engineering or safety-related role.
- ICAM or similar incident investigation training
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to safety.
- Eagerness to learn, develop and build a long-term career in WHSE.
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
